Below the password field click on 'Reset password'. Request the new password to be sent either to your registered email address or mobile. If it is not possible for you to receive the new password via email or SMS, please click on the “Don't have access to either of these accounts?” link and access your account by entering the secret answers to your security questions. If all else fails, contact the Alumni Office for assistance.
Click on 'Keep in Touch' on the top left menu and select the first drop down item 'Update my Details'. In the email address box simply delete your old email address and type in your new one. Save the changes by selecting the big green 'Update' button at the bottom of the page.
If you are requested to provide contact details to enable an external party to obtain a reference or verify your attendance / grades, feel free to provide the Alumni Office email address email@example.com.
Please send your request to the Alumni Office and tell us your date of birth and the specific year group for a school report or the graduation year for your exam certificate.
If your teacher is still at Tanglin you may email them by using the firstname.lastname@example.org email format.
Search for your school friend in our community directory. Once you click on a specific name, click on ‘send a message’ below their photo.
Personal data is collected by Tanglin Trust School in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Policy. Registered Alumni and Friends of Tanglin are provided with login details which allows you to update your own contact details and communication preferences. Your email address remains hidden from other members. When someone elects to email you from our online community, the email is sent to you via the community. You can then choose to reveal your email address if you elect to respond.
Any student who attended Tanglin Trust School or any of the affiliated schools pre-dating TTS for at least one term is considered to be an Alumni.
The cohort year is the calendar year in which you would have graduated from Tanglin had you continued until Year 13. Tanglin has 15 year groups ranging from Nursery through to Year 13. For example if you started at Tanglin in Nursery in August 2000, your cohort year would be 2016.
For admissions related queries please refer to the admissions information on the Tanglin Trust School website. Alumni priority status is awarded if all of the conditions below are met:
· One of the applicant(s') parents must be registered with the Tanglin Alumni community
· Documentary evidence of school attendance, an old school report, a communication or certificate from the school on letter headed paper stating the Alumni name has to be provided in hard copy to the attention of the Alumni office at Tanglin Trust School, 95 Portsdown Road, Singapore, 139299). Hard copies will be returned by normal post where a return address has been provided.
To check if the item(s) to be sent via the post would be considered appropriate documentary evidence, Alumni may wish to submit a soft copy by email to email@example.com.
Any deviation from the conditions above is subject to the absolute discretion and written approval from a member of the management team at Tanglin Trust School.
